Mar Menor Golf Resort is a popular holiday destination for many families. As well as holiday visitors, the resort is home to many residents. Whilst we do not want to detract in any way from the enjoyment and wellbeing of every person, we remind owners that irrespective if you rent your property or not, all owners have the responsibility to ensure all members of their family or guests socially behave and respect the wellbeing of others and the resort as a whole.

As well as the laws of Spain there are community rules. Details can be found by searching through the Community website, WWW.MMGR.INFO

The list below however are the main ones. We ask owners who rent their property to provide information in their property to inform their visitors.

•    The speed limit on the whole resort is 30Km per hour.

•    All roads on the resort are public and drivers must always comply with Spanish Traffic Regulations.

•    The riders of Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller skates should wear safety helmets and other applicable protective clothing. Children under the age of 16 years old are advised not to ride such machines on the road.

•    The Golf course is outside the boundaries of the resort and is privately owned. The Golf Operator doesn’t allow those who have not paid to play golf within the boundaries of the course at any time. 

•    Golf Buggies are not permitted outside the boundaries of the Golf Course except in areas indicated.

•    Excessive noise can be disruptive and annoying to others. All persons should be respective to their neighbours. No excessive noise is permitted after midnight.

•    Domestic waste should be recycled and disposed in the appropriate bins located at each waste collection point. If unsure what to do there are information notices at each waste collection point.
Please also take note of the following information: UNWANTED ITEMS

•    All dogs must be kept on a lead when in public areas, dangerous dog breeds should also be muzzled. If your dog escapes, report it to Security as soon as possible. Stray and pet dogs whose owner cannot be located will be handed over to the local Police and removed from the resort.

•    There is a Security Team operating on the resort 24/7. Their duties are related to property security and the safety of all persons. Their emergency numbers are:
