Did you know, by setting up a Direct Debit Mandate, you can pay your property tax (I.B.I) in two instalments and get a 5% discount by doing so?
All you have to do is to complete the form below and take it to the Torre Pacheco Town Hall before the 30th of April.
The first instalment (50% of the total amount due) is taken on the 30th of June and the rest (45%) in November.
