Emergency & Medical Care Information

 

The resort is very busy with owners and visitors enjoying all the resort has to offer. Whilst we sincerely hope everyone enjoys themselves, occasionally the unexpected happens resulting in illness or injury requiring emergency treatment or medical attention or advise.

Many owners choose to rent their property and in doing so they have a legal responsibility to ensure the safety of their guests. 

The following information is provided to help both owners and visitors in the event they need medical attention:

The National Emergency Number is 112
The Security Emergency number is (+34) 622 661 999
The Security Staff are trained in first aid and are equipped with defibrillators. 
(If you need an ambulance they generally attend with a Doctor or Paramedic)

 

Google Map searches

For the Nearest Hospital, search for “Los Arcos General Hospital”. It has an Accident and Emergency Unit.

For the Local 24-hour Emergency Medical Center, search for “Urgencias Medical Centre, Torre Pacheco”.

For the Local Private Clinic (open 09:00 to 22:00 weekdays and 09:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays), search for “Centro Medico, Torre Pacheco”.

For a dentist search for “Dentist near Torre Pacheco”.

For pharmacies, search for “Farmacias Torre Pacheco” (for 24-hour opening add 24 hours in your search). If you have run out of your home country medicine take its packet / description with you.

If your pet is unwell search in google maps for “Veterinaries Torre Pacheco”.

In all cases visitors must take their passports and medical insurance documentation with.

Residents must take their Residents Card and Medical card.

The Community Support Manager’s office and the administrator’s office is located on the first floor of the gatehouse (Acceso Santa Rosalía). Werner’s office hours are between 10:00 and 13:00 and Mare Nostrum’s office hours are between 09:00 and 14:00 (Mondays to Fridays).
