As a general rule you are not allowed to remove the hedgerows since they are community property.

However, sending your neighbour’s written agreement to the removal to the Community Support Manager at  mmgrcommunitysupport@gmail.com you can go ahead and remove them.

Please note, any hedges which back onto communal land can only be removed once the owner accepts and pays for the replanting of hedges directly in front of the wall/fence.
