We are pleased to inform you that we are introducing a new electronic voting system, replacing the outdated manual system, for voting at the forthcoming AGM and for assigning a Proxy vote for those of you who cannot make the next meeting.

The system is well established and widely used. It’s called Kuorum.

The Kuorum App has been tested by the committee and Mare Nostrum. We have found the application to be an excellent tool that will allow us to improve the management and organisation of our meetings and votes. It’s simple to use although it does require the user to have a smartphone.

For anyone who doesn’t have a smartphone, don’t worry, there will be voting terminals available for use at the AGM.

What next?

Within the next few weeks you will receive an email from KUORUM / Mare Nostrum, asking you to update your personal information within the platform. We ask you to complete this process as soon as possible.

Once your information is updated, you will receive further emails from Kuorum with additional information, in which you will be able to indicate your attendance at the AGM which is taking place on the 10th of May. You will also be able to use features such as Proxy voting.

This is a very simple process and requires only your email address and NIE number.
